- If you would like to better understand the traditional materials and processes that Italian architecture is noted for, we are able to show you the options available.
- If you have an interest in alternative energy options we can arrange for you to see the latest technologies.
- Personally visit the property with the architect/geometra
- Communicate regularily with the architect/geometra and the building company
- Assist in the negotiations of price and all conditions of the contract
- You will be updated monthly on the progress of the work
- Organize the utilities to be changed to the name of the new owner, with proxy signed by you
- Facilitate payments between homeowner and supplier
